AspireGates International Journal of Medicine (AGIJM), launched in 2025, is an international, open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published at aspiregates.com. AGIJM is dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly work across medicine and allied health sciences, including Original Research, Review Articles, Case Reports, Short Communications, and Clinical Studies.

As an open-access publication, AGIJM permits authors to self-archive the final accepted version of their articles in any OAI-compliant institutional or subject-based repository. The journal is published biannually.
